Called the number and spoke to a gentleman named Ray.I asked if he could clean the carpet in a granny flat for an elderly member of our community.The very first question he asked was "How soiled is the carpet?".I advised him that the carpet was heavily soiled from a previous tenant's pet peeing and soiling the carpet. He promptly advised me that the underlay would need to be replaced and new carpet laid down. He wasn't looking to make any money in a flash. Early hours in the morning I enquired on the website for a quote and Ray called me first thing that morning to hear my requirements. Ray did a fantastic job cleaning our couch, which had a large stain on one of the seats. He was upfront about the possibility of the stain not lifting completely after the clean, however you can barely see the stain now after the clean. As an asthmatic, I make it a priority for clean living spaces which includes needing to get rid of triggers including dust. Spectacular service! Recently moved in to an apartment and the movers were a little carless, leaving stains on the carpet from the elevator to my unit. I needed to clean my carpets before my Newborn came home for the first time. I left it until really late and I only had 1 day to make it happen. Fortunately I called Ray, he is amazing. He was able to organise to clean my carpets the next day and did an incredible job. For a large fake tan stain he said he wouldn't be able to get out because of the material of our custom lounge.. we can hardly notice anything left of it!! We're so happy with Ray's service, he know's what he's doing and how to approach different materials. Offered some recommendations and is super friendly. Wow!! Our carpet had been cleaned twice prior to us moving in to a new rental at our request - while it was ten times better after those cleans, it was still heavily stained. As tenants, we felt we had no choice but to live with it. After 12 months we got Ray in to do an annual carpet clean and it's like new!! Ray was on time, passionate, took pride in his work and tidy but best of all he has given our carpet a new life - now stain-free!! Kicking ourselves we didn't get him in earlier. How long does it take to dry after steam cleaning?
You can actually walk on your carpets immediately after we have finished with bare feet or socks. It’s just recommended that you wait 4 to 6 hours if possible so the damp carpet doesn’t attract the loose dirt from your shoes.
We actually recommend you wait a full 8 hours before resuming normal foot traffic so you can achieve the best results from your clean. This would ensure the carpet is fully dry, however on hot days your carpet may be dry enough to walk on again within a few hours.
Do you move furniture?
Yes we can move your furniture for you and replace it back to its original position after we have finished cleaning. Sometimes furniture is much too heavy to move and in those circumstances we can easily just clean around the furniture without having to move it. The majority of furniture can easily be moved to ensure a proper and full clean.
How long do I have to stay off carpets?
We recommend you stay off the carpet for 8 hours before resuming normal foot traffic. You can actually walk on the carpet straight away again in bare feet or socks. We just don’t recommend you wear your shoes on the carpet for at least 4 to 6 hours. Best results are achieved though by waiting 8 hours before walking on them again.
Do you remove stains?
Yes we have advanced spot cleaning chemicals that can remove some of the most stubborn stains. This is included in your clean however large stained areas may incur extra fees to remove these stains depending on the unique situation.
Our spot stain removing chemicals are extremely effective in removing stains and we can bring even the most soiled and stained carpet back to a near new appearance. Our premium quality cleaning chemicals are matched to your carpet fibre type. This allows us to remove even the most stubborn of stains.
How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
Most health experts recommend you get your carpets steamed clean once every 3 to 6 months depending on the amount of foot traffic your carpets are exposed to.
Even if your carpets seem relatively clean, there can be hidden bacteria and mould within the carpet fibres that are hazardous to anyone’s health. It’s for that reason that it’s recommended you steam clean your Kellyville carpets at least once every 3 to 6 months.
I'm pregnant – are your products safe for me?
Our carpet cleaning chemicals are completely biodegradable and safe for pregnant women. In saying that, the cleaning chemicals we use still emit an odour and it’s recommended that pregnant women leave the room for at least one hour during the cleaning process. Usually after an hour all odours have subsided.
Do I need to vacuum carpet beforehand?
No there is no reason for you to vacuum before we perform our steam cleaning. The only exception is if you have excessive amounts of loose dirt or debris on top of your carpet. Then it’s advise you just vacuum up all that loose debris before we get there. In 99% of cases there is no need for you to vacuum before we perform our steam cleaning.

Difference between steam cleaning & dry cleaning?
Dry-cleaning relies on fewer vacuum and suction to clean your carpets and is nowhere near as effective as high-temperature steam cleaning.
The difference with steam cleaning is that high-temperature steam agitates the carpet fibres and can penetrate much deeper. This high-temperature steam is what kills the bacteria and mould hidden within the carpet fibres that normal dry-cleaning cannot reach.
