Called the number and spoke to a gentleman named Ray.I asked if he could clean the carpet in a granny flat for an elderly member of our community.The very first question he asked was "How soiled is the carpet?".I advised him that the carpet was heavily soiled from a previous tenant's pet peeing and soiling the carpet. He promptly advised me that the underlay would need to be replaced and new carpet laid down. He wasn't looking to make any money in a flash. Early hours in the morning I enquired on the website for a quote and Ray called me first thing that morning to hear my requirements. Ray did a fantastic job cleaning our couch, which had a large stain on one of the seats. He was upfront about the possibility of the stain not lifting completely after the clean, however you can barely see the stain now after the clean. As an asthmatic, I make it a priority for clean living spaces which includes needing to get rid of triggers including dust. Spectacular service! Recently moved in to an apartment and the movers were a little carless, leaving stains on the carpet from the elevator to my unit. I needed to clean my carpets before my Newborn came home for the first time. I left it until really late and I only had 1 day to make it happen. Fortunately I called Ray, he is amazing. For a large fake tan stain he said he wouldn't be able to get out because of the material of our custom lounge.. we can hardly notice anything left of it!! Wow!! Our carpet had been cleaned twice prior to us moving in to a new rental at our request - while it was ten times better after those cleans, it was still heavily stained. As tenants, we felt we had no choice but to live with it. After 12 months we got Ray in to do an annual carpet clean and it's like new!! I had already had the carpets cleaned and they still had some very basic stains on them, I got Ray in and the carpets are like new even after havinv them cleaned the day before. I went price over quality and ended up paying twice. Highly recommend Ray and he enabled us to get our full bond back.

How long does it take to dry after steam cleaning?
Carpet dry time depends on the humidity, temperature and air flow. It usually takes 4-8 hours for the carpet to completely dry.
Do you move furniture?
Yes, I move furniture that can be safely moved. I’ll return all moved items to their original places once the job is done too!
How long do I have to stay off carpets?
You can walk on the carpet with clean shoes or socks right away. But, I recommend staying off for a few hours until the carpet is dry.
Do you remove stains?
I will remove all stains I see. But, I can’t guarantee to remove all spots or stains as some substances permanently discolour the carpet fibre.
How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
Have your carpet cleaned every 6 months if you have pets or heavy traffic in your area.
I'm pregnant – are your products safe for me?
I use safe products, but it is still adviced not to be present because detergents can still produce an odour even though they are safe.
Do I need to vacuum carpet beforehand?
It’s usually not necessary but if you have excessive dust or dirt, then it definitely helps to remove that excessive dirt.
Would you be doing the work or someone else?
Yes the captain himself ‘Ray’ will provide you with a fixed price quote and he will also personally perform the job. With 25+ years of experience you know you’re in good hands!
Difference between steam cleaning & dry cleaning?
Steam cleaning involves deep down carpet cleaning using hot water and extraction, while dry cleaning uses sticky, quick drying chemical that cleans the surface only.
How do you achieve such good results?
I use the best & completely safe carpet cleaning products that are more expensive than inferior detergents & machinery used by other carpet cleaning companies. All my products are high quality & produce softer and cleaner carpets.
